Art Pays Me is a unisex street wear brand located in Halifax. Duane, the founder is a working artist and graphic designer who lives the message the brand preaches. Duane's motivation to start the brand came from years of frustration over the way that creative people are viewed. His mission is to motivate people to embrace their creative strengths to achieve financial and creative independence.

At its core, the brand is about empowering creatives but it also reflects Duane’s art practice that often tackles social justice issues. Art Pays Me shows a Black perspective that’s been historically marginalized in fashion and visual arts.

Most of the production is done sustainably in Canada.

Petite Genoux was founded in 2015 by Kendra Francis, a designer for over 20 years. Kendra studied Fashion Design at Ryerson and is also the woman behind Franke, a women’s brand she founded in 2000.

Petite Genoux sells handmade gender neutral minimalist baby clothing for 0 to 2 year old’s. Their products are made of sustainably sourced fabrics.
