1.1 The style consultation fee for services provided by Dapper Style Mint is $225 + tax, payable at the time of booking. The consultation is confirmed once the payment has been received.

1.2 This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final service fee upon completion of the requested styling service.

2.1 Clients have the option to reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.

2.2 Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur additional charges or forfeiture of the style consultation fee.

3.1 The final service fee is determined by the scope and nature of the styling services requested.

4.1 Dapper Style Mint values client feedback and encourages open communication regarding our services.

4.2 Any concerns, feedback, or inquiries should be promptly addressed by emailing us at hello@styledbydsm.com.

5.1 Upon completion of the styling service, the final service fee (minus the $225 style consultation fee) is due and payable

5.2 Payment for the final service fee is expected within [3] days of service completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6.1 Any modifications or changes to the agreed-upon styling services including overtime must be mutually agreed upon by Dapper Style Mint and the client in writing.

6.2 Changes to the scope of services may impact the final service fee and timeline.

7.1 Dapper Style Mint shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred as a result of the client's actions post-styling service.

7.2 Clients agree to take reasonable care of any items or clothing provided or recommended as part of the styling service.

8.1 Dapper Style Mint may, at the client's request or as part of the styling service, recommend or collaborate with external service providers such as tailors, alteration services, or other third-party entities ("External Service Providers").

8.2 The client acknowledges and agrees that any engagement with External Service Providers is at their own risk and discretion.

8.3 Dapper Style Mint shall not be liable for any actions, omissions, errors, delays, or any other conduct of External Service Providers.

8.4 The client releases Dapper Style Mint, its agents, employees, and affiliates, from any claims, demands, damages, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the actions of External Service Providers.

8.5 The client understands and accepts that External Service Providers operate independently, and any contractual agreements or disputes are solely between the client and the External Service Providers.

8.6 Dapper Style Mint does not warrant or guarantee the services provided by External Service Providers and is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or any other aspect of their services.

8.7 The client is encouraged to independently assess and verify the credentials, reputation, and suitability of External Service Providers before engaging in any services with them.

8.8 This release of liability extends to any claims, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with the actions of External Service Providers.

9.1 Any personal information provided by the client will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the styling service.

9.2 Dapper Style Mint will not disclose any client information to third parties without explicit consent unless required by law.
