Everything you need to know about NYFW

In addition to London, Milan, and Paris fashion weeks, New York Fashion Week (NYFW) is part of Fashion Month in September. The fashion shows at NYFW take place twice a year and offer designers an opportunity to present their collections and ideas for the next seasons. The spring/summer (SS) collections are featured in September and Fall/Winter in the February shows. Editors, fashion critics, buyers, celebrities, and consumers are invited to attend but the digital age has made it possible for any attendant to become an influencer and share an insider look with the world.

Night-Life Fashion

Besides the massive debuts of designer looks on the runway, there is a nightlife Fashion Week where all after parties are held, and all models, designers, and everyone involved in the industry get a chance to shine. How To Attend?

Despite the fact that some events are by invitation, there are always other opportunities to attend major NYFW events. You can purchase guest passes or tickets directly from designers' pages, and even the New York Fashion Week official page creates some special packages, which sometimes include a more personalized experience ranging from $500 to $50,000 dollars.

If that’s a little steep for you, you can find other more affordable options by scouring the internet for low-cost tickets. There are also free live stream versions of several shows if traveling to New York is a stretch.

More than 110 designers will be featured, the 2022 event included returning brands such as:

In addition to the typical floral spring style, the different designs from Carolina Herrera featured a lot of elegance and different cuts that flatter the figure.

Wearable, practical design goes beyond basic breaking the norm with her color and pattern choices.

Each design has its own unique character, and this collection is both fun and elegant, with rare combinations that all mesh well.

It is expected that returning designers such as Carolina Herrera, Tom Ford, Dion Lee, and Michael Korns will always impress us, but we keep our eye on street style around NYFW to give us an idea of what trends to expect for SS23.

The power of fashion was evident at NYFW. As fashion lovers, we admire designers who pursue their visions and surprise us every time. We look forward to the fashion month's next events.
